The St. Vincent de Paul Conference at St. Rose assists in reviewing and vetting requests for assistance for their partners. Anthem Giving Circle receives and reviews these pre-screened grant requests, AGC membership votes on each, and if approved, funds are distributed accordingly. www.stroseanthem.com/stvdp St. Rose also offers a pantry to neighbors in need and AGC helps to fill their shelves!

St Vincent de Paul, Watkins Campus, in Phoenix is the organization’s largest facility in the USA. They provide many services including medical and dental, showers and clothing, as well as serve 4300 meals per day at five locations in the Phoenix area. Anthem Giving Circle members provide volunteer hours and clothing resources including our annual “Fill The Cup” bra donation event.

Anthem Giving Circle (AGC) works with the Foothills Foodbank in a variety of ways. Not only does AGC provide monthly monetary support, but our members serve as volunteers on a regular basis. AGC also supports annual Foodbank activities including the Health and Hope Fair in April, Mother’s Day purse event in May, the Back-to-School Jamboree in July, and the holiday bags and gift programs in the winter. Additionally, when the foodbank has a specific need such as feminine products, toiletries, or dog food, they know AGC can be relied upon to provide!

Anthem Giving Circle (AGC) supports other local charities because when we work together, our community is stronger. In November, ACTS holds their Festival of Trees fundraiser. AGC donates a beautifully decorated tree for the event and provides two tickets to the Purses for a Purpose event for the tree’s winner. The tree is decorated to match the theme of that year’s Purse event. AGC members volunteer at and provide support to the event

Each November, Anthem Country Club in partnership with Anthem Rotary hosts the Charity Golf Classic. This big event raises money for the Club’s employee assistance program as well as local charities including Rotary and its partner organization – which Anthem Giving Circle (AGC) is proud to be a part of! AGC helps by selling raffle and event tickets, as well as donating a silent auction basket.
